I am so glad you are here!
My name is Emily, and I teach vinyasa yoga classes in Harrisburg, Illinois. I have practiced yoga since I was a teenager. I can remember my Mom having a yoga videotape! I took my yoga mat and practice with me when I moved to Edwardsville for my undergrad studies in 2011 at the age of 20. My practice stayed with me when I moved into my first apartment in 2017 at the age of 26.
Finally, in 2020, I took my first yoga teacher training and I haven't stopped learning since.
