Energizing Yoga Flow

Vinyasa yoga is a flowing style of yoga. In this class you will link your breath to your movement, and find balance, strength, flexibility, and more. You will energize your body while releasing tension and stress, and move into the present moment. Mats and props are available to use at the studio, but feel free to bring your own!
